Construction

Pacific Pool offers a list of standard features on all new
construction projects. These standards listed below place Pacific
among the industry leaders in quality and customer satisfaction.

Warranty
- Our standard construction places #3 steel on 10" centers
and 5" centers, 4 bands of #5 steel in the beam which
allows a limited lifetime structural warranty.

Plumbing
- Our standard designs allow for separate skimmer and drain lines
to the filter systems for complete control of filtration system
and
separate cleaner line. Pacific also places the pool overflow line in all construction and
dual anti-vortex drains for safety.

Equipment
- We use Hayward filtration, pumps, and lighting systems as
standard equipment. Jandy valves are used for controls as well as
chlorination and cleaning systems customized for your systems and
backyard environment.

A
long list of tile and coping choices is available as
standard, and any upgrades are available from stone overlays,
waterfalls, stone planters, outdoor grills, and fireplaces.

Pool Deck -
4”
of 3000 PSI Concrete with #3 Steel on 14” Centers, Doweled every 4’ to
pool structure.

Pacific
will provide scale drawings to include the customer's pool,
retaining walls, and water features, or any other additions for
files.

will provide project photos from excavation to the finished
product which includes the steel, plumbing, electrical, etc.. This
proves invaluable for future changes and/or modifications to your
backyard environment.
Every
step is photographed and logged to provide permanent record and
locations of plumbing, electrical, sprinklers, etc.
